Last night the notorious criminal, known as Jack, was freed by a yet to identify person from the ECPDs holding cells. One guard was unfortunately brutally slain during the attack. How the person could enter the building unseen is currently under investigation and police didn't share further details. The criminal Jack, who was arrested during the attempted assassination of Elite City's police commissioner Regan Heart by the heroine Black Vengeance must be considered violent and dangerous, even though he is a coward that hides his face behind layers of clown make-up. He is very likely armed. If you see him stay away from him and please inform the police or Elite Labs. Together with your help, dear citizens, we will take this clown down and make our wonderful city safe again.
